At the last minute they assisted me in sealing my rim…they were professional and patient with me and my issue. Thanks so much for your assistance in fixing my rim…. They tried upon trying to get back home my tire went completely flat I was stuck for four hours waiting for a tow truck only ten min from my house🤦🏾‍♀️I gotta say as least they tried…I have no clue whattttt I’m going to do now… 10/28/2025 I am currently back at the tire shop and I must say these gentlemen are amazing. Just amazing. Please do not take these men for granted they are humbly appreciative of your service, but they are very humble and very kind when it comes to their hospitality. Please be patient with them as they do their jobs Because their jobs are tedious when it comes to working on these vehicles if you do have a room please listen carefully to what they sell you. If you cannot drive on your room do not drive on it and let it cure. They will help you to their best of their ability, but please do not take advantage of them. They’re too kind hearted.

Nice, guys. However, they nicked my expensive rim when plugging a tire for me. They were fast, and I didn't notice it at the time, but the TPMS was showing low when I left, which is normal until it recalibrates. I got home to put air in my tire because it was still low, and I noticed they gouged and scratched the wheel. This is a brand new Defender 110x, so we'll over $100k, and it had no wheel damage prior. Was in a pinch and had to stop there before proceeding to the hospital. It's unfortunate, and things happen, but they need to be more careful.

This tire shop is locally ran & own, met the owner had a nice chat with him while the other employees took the time to look for the right size tire. Replaced and mounted it back in no time (within 15 min) very professional. It’s in the heart of the big easy with great prices, it was a steal considering the rig I drive.

Great repair and tire service. Patch on tire was reasonably priced, the labor for additional work I needed was priced low, so I was able to tip appropiately. IT'S A SERVICE, ALWAYS TIP FOR SERVICES. The total was low enough that I was able to save $150 by not having to buy a new tire now. Add in wonderful customer service and this is the BEST place for tires!!! Only tire place in NO we will give our business to. Plus if there is an issue with a patch or a tire, they honor the guarantee they put on certain work and repairs. Excellent customer service experience every visit.
